SouthPort Community Centre provides a broad range of accessible social, educational and community development programs including English language classes, literacy and art tuition as well as parenting, work and life skills to a diverse community.

In 2020, SMCC provided a grant to deliver 20 weeks of arts, project based and product development workshops to disadvantaged, isolated or at risk local youth living in Port Melbourne and South Melbourne who have been impacted by COVID 19.
